Sharing ideas and problems with business associates, friends or family is often difficult due to the nature of some business predicaments that may arise. HOW THE IMS PROGRAM WORKS

When a potential client calls, the initial consultation is free. This first contact is used to setup a mutual comfort level. The client is encouraged to ask any questions he may have. Then the client is asked some background questions. Working with the client, we determine how we can help them. From this point on the goal is to show the client, through discussion, how our services can provide viable solutions.

The objective is not to solve all client problems in one interview. Providing all the solutions during the initial conversation is very difficult to accomplish. Rather, we try to establish a primary understanding of the client’s situation. We then offer suggestions on how to proceed in jointly finding solutions to the client’s problems.

The client is then informed that Innovative Mentoring Solutions will evaluate the information discussed so that we may provide some suggestions. For this initial evaluation service you will need a retainer of $300. Of this initial retainer $100 will be applied to our evaluation and investigative time off the phone. The balance of $200 will be applied to future telephone consultations. After this, all charges are included in the telephone discussions unless the client is otherwise informed. This initial retainer is non-refundable. Telephone consultations are billed at a rate of $2.50 per minute. Ongoing retainers are refundable subject to the open balance..
