PROFILE OF CHARLES E. FRITSCH
 

After two years of service in the United States Army with Psychological Warfare in the Far East, Mr. Fritsch returned to college. He obtained a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin and a MA from DePaul University. He then taught for three years and subsequently launched his first business - Fritsch Imports, Inc. During this time Mr. Fritsch travelled extensively throughout Aisa. Mr. Fritsch also owned and participated in two trading companies in Japan and Hong Kong. The firm was sold to devote fulltime to IMS.

In 1972 Mr. Fritsch incorporated International Marketing Service, Inc. and has used this corporation to act as a business consultant for many foreign and American companies. The following is a partial list of his accomplishments:

Development Consultant to McPherson Contractors, Inc., Topeka, Kansas. Consulted on layout, market analysis and financing on two projects, Sherwood Estates #7 consisting of 95 single-family homes. Brookfield Subdivision, a planned unit development of 200 single family homes and 25 multiple family dwellings.

Financial Consultant to RDS & Associates of Omaha, Nebraska. Responsibilities included obtaining one of the first letters from the SEC to do timesharing. Also, he did feasibility studies for hotel acquisition and negotiating of properties. Among his responsibilities were overseeing the offering and presenting the tax shelter advantages to the attorneys and accounts of the investors.

Marketing Consultant to Scientific Research Corporation of Alva, Oklahoma. Mr. Fritsch set up a master distributor program for the United States and obtained an order for $2,500,000 of agricultural chemicals from the Mexican government. The company was sold KALO a division of Marion Industries a public company.

Development Consultant to Venture 11, Lincoln, Nebraska. This was a 156 apartment unit development done in three phases and completed in 1977. Mr. Fritsch participated in the feasibility study, financing and marketing.

Financial Consultant to Capital Cattle Cooperative Corp. of Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Fritsch obtained on their behalf an Industrial Revenue Bond for $2,400,000 from the State of Delaware.

Financial and Management Consultant to Bink Management in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Bink was the general partner and managed 18 partnerships with real estate holdings in excess of $50,000,000.

Director of Operations for the El Embajador Hotel and Casino in the Dominican Republic. Responsible for all Hotel and Casino operations.

President/CEO of the ARC United Group an import/export business.

COO of Waffer International Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of Waffer Plastics the oldest and one of the largest plastic injection molding companies in Taiwan. Waffer is a public company in Taiwan, and is a conglomerate that owns and has strategic alliances with several diversified companies throughout the United States and Far East. His primary duties were problem solving, evaluating and assisting in the planning for manufacturing and distribution of new products. Mr. Fritsch also negotiated the sale of “Made N Wood” a division of Arc United to Sunbeam Corporation.

COO of Proview Technology, Inc. a subsidiary of Essex Monitor Corporation a publicly held company in Hong Kong. As COO of Proview he was instrumental in taking Proview from $15,000,000 to over $200,000,000 in sales in less than three years. Responsibilities were planing, management and the coordination of strategic alliance activities between Waffer and Proview. Also, administrating the marketing of import/export consumer goods products consisting of appliances, electronics and computer related products.

Venture Capital Consultant to Uniworld Capital. Responsible for packaging a joint venture presentation for a Department Store and Office complex in Shanghai, China with the Chinese government.

Venture Capital Consultant to Myriad Capital an SSBIC. Responsible for packaging a presentation to attract additional capitalization. Negotiated an agreement with a Minnesota Tribe to buy controlling interest in Myriad Capital.

Co-Founder and Consultant for RPM Technologies, Inc. a plastic pallet manufacturer. He assisted in taking the firm public. RPM is now on the NASDAQ BB (RPMM).

Representative and Consultant for Ascenda Corporation a trading company with its main office located in Shanghai, China.

Consultant and Project Manager for Denray Management, a property enhancement developer in Chicago, Illinois.
