What is Innovative Mentoring Solutions Solutions?

How does Innovative Mentoring Solutions work?


As a mentor we listen to the problem, then evaluate it with the client probing for an objective solution that the client understands and can carry out.

Who uses Innovative Mentoring Solutions?


We provide small to medium size businesses and entrepreneurs with consulting to find solutions to a wide variety of business problems and/or act as a coach and help them view a situation objectively.

Why would anyone use Innovative Mentoring Solutions?


There are times in the life of all executives; decision-makers and entrepreneurs when they need outside counsel to help clarify a situation. There are situations when the riggers of decision making become so intense that one cannot think clearly and literally cannot see the forest before the trees. Many times it is difficult to relate these circumstances to friends, fellow participants, suppliers or creditors for various reasons. Even if you could these people may be too close to the problem, or they may lack the experience to objectively help.

How much help can I get?


As much as it takes to answer your needs. Most of the time the solution is brought to light by the mentor using the knowledge of the client to convey the information needed work things out.

How much are the fees?


Telephone consultation fees are $2.50 per minute after the initial free consultation. This is paid with a $300 retainer. The first retainer is non-refundable. Thereafter, an additional $300 is sent when deposited funds reach $75. Any funds deposited after the initial deposit are fully refundable minus any charges owed against the account.

How long does it take to get the help I need?


When a client needs help, he calls our message center and leaves his name, telephone number and the urgency of the call. You may also email us via the form on the CONTACT US page. All calls and Emails are answered ASAP. Normal business hours are 9am to 6pm. Calls that need attention between 6pm and 9am will be subject to an additional charge of $1 per minute.

What if I have a financial problems that require additional funding?


If the client has any type of funding problem, we explore all potential avenues to generate funds.

What business information do I need to provide?


Primarily standard business info, plus a brief description of the business and industry. Most important an overview of the help you are seeking.

How does Innovative Mentoring Solutions decide how much help I need?


We don’t. The client determines the problem or help needed, and when we have satisfied their needs our job is finished. Many times this will develop into an ongoing relationship. There are always many decisions and situations that can use help in determining the proper solution.

How are the fees I pay determined?


After the initial free consultation we are always working from a retainer.

Is the business information I provide you safe?


All information is kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed by the client in writing. Our business is built on confidentially, and a breach could do as much or more harm to Innovative Mentoring Solutions as it would the client.

You can pretty well determine if you want to use Innovative Mentoring Solutions from the initial free consultation. We keep the retainer and fees reasonable, and there is never a hidden charge or an open-end billing financial risk. It is the client’s prerogative to drop our services at anytime. The client truly controls the relationship and their ability to use it to their advantage.
